# Partner offers

How a partner's plan appears on Billing after you connect an account from a partnered prop firm or broker, and the rules that apply to it.

Some of Trada's partnered prop firms and brokers offer their traders a Trada plan. If you connect an account you hold with one of them, Trada grants you that partner's plan at no cost and without a card. This page covers what you see on **Billing**. ## Read the Partner offer card

When partners are running an offer, **Billing** shows a **Partner offer** card. Each line names a partner and the plan it grants: "Pro free for 90 days", for example, or "Pro free" when the partner sets no end date. Each partner chooses its own plan and duration.

Select **Connect an account** to go to **Accounts** and add the account. There is nothing else to claim.

If you have already used your offer, the card says so. While you hold a partner's plan, the card is not shown.

## See a partner's plan on Billing

Once the account has connected, **Billing** shows:

* **The plan's name** — for example, **Pro**. It is the same plan, with the same limits, as the paid tier of that name. There is no separate partner label.
* **A price of $0.00**, with no monthly or yearly billing and no next billing date.
* **Access Ends** — the end date of the partner's offer, when the partner set a duration.

While you hold a partner's plan there is no **Cancel Subscription** button, because there is nothing to cancel.

## Know the rules

* **Once per trader.** You can receive a partner's plan one time. Connecting another partner account won't grant a plan again.
* **A paid plan is never replaced.** If you already have a paid plan — including one that is behind on payment — it stays as it is and no partner plan is granted. A partner's plan does replace the **Free** plan.
* **The account must connect.** The plan is granted once Trada has logged in to the account successfully. If the login fails, nothing is granted. A partner can also set a minimum account balance.
* **Partner accounts count toward your account limit.** The granted plan's account limit applies to every account you connect, partner accounts included. Partner accounts carry no badge.
